Welcome to my website. Please check out my first assignment here!
My Voki instructions manual
First I went to voki and went to make an account. Then I chose what person I wanted to create. After that I changed the color of the face using the color button at the bottom. Then you can make changes to the face like make the nose wide or small. Then I went back to the home page and chose a voice.
The voice
I messed around a lot with the voice. There are a few different voices to choose from that make it funny, you can change the accent or make the person talk slow or fast. Then you can make it say your name but do not add your full name. You can also talk about your webpage that you put your voki on.
Different types of voki
One type of voki are presidents like George Washington. There are voki that are scary like monsters. There are voki that you have to pay money for and there are voki that look like real people.
Backgrounds
There are backgrounds that move. There are also backgrounds that stay in place that are very boring. There are also backgrounds that are scary and have bats that fly over your head.
My opinion
I had a fun time making a voki. It was an amazing experience. My favorite part was when I got to share it with my whole class.

taxedo is so fun and it has a uniqe way of putting words together words to make a picture. Some of the words that you can use to describe things can be found of of a website. You can use a picture of your self and use a lot of descriptive words to describe your self.
In taxedo you have to create a lot of words or just a little. And you can make them tell a story about things or what ever you feel like. You can also make a picture of a tree or a heart.

Color Wheel
First I had to find all of my colors for the color wheel. Then I had to save them and then I had to magically make a bunch of triangles turn into a circle around a rectangle and leave no residue of the sheet of paper left behind.

For the brick wall all you have to do is make a word whith different fonts. Then you can just erase the back ground and add whatever you want. Finally you fust add it to the background.

Fruit face writing prompt
Arcimboldi he chose to create other images because he wanted to put more creativity into his art work. He also wanted to have more of a challenge. He probably thought that he would amuse more people if he added more than just fruit to his art work.
He put fruit and other objects together because he wanted to make portraits in his own unique way. I put fruit together because I wanted to make a face that was more realistic than a smiley face on one big piece of fruit. I thought of all of the ways that my face makes my face and just added fruit instead of normal skin fleshy things.

Narrative
Once upon a time there was a tree climber. He tried to chop down trees and then he would yell timber. As the tree met a terrible fate. Then he heard a tall tale about the tree of immortality so he went to seek it out. He had to cross the gorge of death and despair. Then he looked around the corner and saw a looming shadow.
He found a dangerous tree and there was an ogre taking a picture of him as he was staring at the tree. The tree had long tentacles of horror. And the branches all creaked and the leaves were ruffling as the ogre was stomping about. Then all of the sudden the roots of the tree behind him caught fire and he and the ogre ran for their lives. As the ogre died but not before he threw the camera onto a tree branch he carried out his last breath.
There were bats in every hole and crevice spikes were poking out of the tree as our valiant hero climbed up this monstrous horror. He found a crater of some sort, in the heart of the tree. He crawled inside and slept there for a night but then the bats came and awoke our hero. Then there was a rare sight of a bird that was so beautiful that he started to cry. After that he started back on his journey up the tree and there were more horrors to face but at least he now knows there is some glimpse of hope in this foul place.
Finally, the quest was at its end. then bird that he had seen had flown down and took the final picture. Then he flew to the man and grew ten times in size and flew our brave hero down the tree. Once the man got down he let the bird go free. Then instead of cutting the tree down and gain immortality he sparred the tree because he wanted to preserve the memory and from then on he never chopped a tree down in his life.
Then he looked around the corner and saw a looming shadow. It was the ogre he had lived and then I found out that ogres have fire proof skin. The two men became the best of friends. Then the bird gave back the ogres camera and then they lived happily ever after.

Ronald Reagan Narrative
Ronald Reagan was born in Tampico in Illinois. His mother was a house wife while his father, Jack was a salesman. Often, Ronald Reagan’s family shifted from one city to another as his father looked for a job. Ronald Reagan was then raised in a very poor back ground. In spite of the problems that his family went through Ronald Reagan managed to accomplish high school in Dixon in Illinois and received a football scholarship to join Eureka College.
In 1964, Ronald Reagan gave a speech on behalf of Barry Goldwater a presidential candidate but by then he was on television. In the speech, Ronald Reagan presented the nation with his principles of a perfect nation, by his ideal values. The speech also outlined the need of a firm defense, tax reduction and the need to make peace with the Soviet Union. After the speech, various influential republicans wanted Ronald Reagan to contest for Governor. Ronald Reagan’s speech for Barry Goldwater was one of his greatest success.
After successfully accomplishing his course at Eureka College, Ronald Reagan was offered a job in the Hollywood film industry where he was in more than fifty films. Eventually, Ronald Reagan became the Screen Actors Guide President. While he was the Screen Actors Guide President, Ronald Reagan worked to get rid of all communist suspects from Hollywood. Which is just but a little of Ronald Reagan's many achievements.

Unequal distribution of money
63% of Americans say money and wealth distribution is unfair. Americans' views that money and wealth need to be more evenly distributed reached a high point of 68 percent in 2008, just before the recession. Americans became slightly less likely to agree with the idea in surveys conducted in 2009, 2011 and 2013, according to Gallup. Although less than half of Republicans believe that wealth distribution is unfair, Republican presidential candidates have also begun to address the issue, most likely realizing that they need to court the votes from independents, Mexicans and other voter groups that could decide the 2016 election, Gallup said.
Inheritance
Children crave equal attention from their parents. So, when it comes to inheritance, which can seem like a final accounting of that love. there are plenty of instances when uneven inheritance happens by accident or on purpose and nothing has been said ahead of time. Another instance is when there is a family business, and one child is working in or running that business. There are ways to protect the other children, though. Wealth managers say children tend to see inheritances as a measure of the love their parents have for them. In that sense, the will can become the ultimate report card.
Consequences
inequality increases the incentive to commit crimes. Fewer methods of lawfully obtaining resources are available for the increasing number of poor who live in an unequal society. Even when risks of punishments are taken into account, illegal methods of gaining assets may provide better returns than legal means of obtaining resources. a wide gap between rich and poor tends to increase crime by reducing law enforcement spending in low-income areas. Wealthy members of a society tend to concentrate in secluded communities, especially as the disparity between the rich and poor increase. Rich neighborhoods or countries have more funds for the police than their poorer counterparts, resulting in a less effective police force or a higher number of officers susceptible to bribes in an increasing number of poor areas. Increasingly concentrated wealth leads to higher crime rates in poor areas which are prevalent in economically unbalanced societies. In societies with a sufficiently high degree of economic inequality, state investments in reducing economic inequality is vastly more effective at reducing crime than increasing spending law enforcement.
Discrimination
NASCAR was hit with a $500 million lawsuit accusing the auto racing body of racial discrimination for preventing black-owned teams and drivers from competing, including in the Sprint Cup Series. Diversity Motorsports was founded by Cox, who is chief executive officer, and Bob Schacht of Bob Schacht Motorsports, and is based in Mooresville, North Carolina. NASCAR is based in Daytona Beach, Florida, and has a Manhattan office. The complaint alleges that because he is African-American, Cox has been deprived of the right to be employed by NASCAR, the Charter Defendants, and ISC and has further been deprived of the right to contract with Defendant NASCAR (and) because he is African-American, Cox has been subjected to virulently hostile and discriminatory treatment that any reasonable person would find offensive. Diversity both on and off the track continues to be a top priority for NASCAR and its stakeholders,” NASCAR's spokesperson continued. We stand behind our actions, and will not let a publicity-seeking legal action deter us from our mission.
In all there are many ways that money distribution is not fair throughout this country. As in discrimination and silly things like inheritance. But none of this is good for our nation to be fighting about.
